2BHK Flat Open-Plan Living & Dining Area

- Space Planning & Layout Changes: Knock down old-style windows and non-load-bearing walls and made large windows for natural light in Living/Kitchen/Bedrooms/Dining areas for a more open, airy feel with UPVC windows with Mesh (Sliding).

- Space Planning & Layout: The space planning and layout of the penthouse have been thoughtfully designed to maximize both functionality and luxury. Each area is strategically arranged to enhance natural light, circulation, and panoramic views, creating a seamless flow between private and social spaces.
